For NJ, most areas see very little accumulation unless you are in NNJ at a least 1000ft, preferably in Sussex County. The best accumulations with this will be in the Poconos, Catskills and Mountains of western CT.

Snow will breakout across northern PA and NW NJ into southern NY and CT. The rain snow line will sit right along the I-80 corridor across NJ. Expect some back and forth between mixed precip and snow along this corridor with mostly snow in areas like Sussex county NJ into PA etc.
This is out of the region by late tonight.
The reason I am not overly impressed with this system anymore is the trends have been to weaken the amplification of the upper level energy. This means less intensity and less chance at heavier snow totals further south as colder air does not get pulled in.
We then have a quiet week ahead with the chance of our next storm system over the weekend.
