Good morning. Per my post yesterday, things are trending towards the flatter GFS solution I discussed for early next weeks storm. This would mean a light to non event as the northern jet stream is too fast to cause a phase. I am going to wait till tomorrow morning to make my final call on what I think happens. We are far enough out where a few things can still change.
Regardless, we have a very active pattern second half of January so eventually something will give. I would be shocked if we escape this pattern without a storm. Would be one of the first times I could ever remember.
