I will update my forecast map first thing in the morning with snowfall forecasts. We got more clarity today on the track of this storm. At this time it appears to be a decent snowstorm for parts of MA, NH and ME.
The 18z European pretty much sums up where most models have gone today with this system...
This will still wobble a little but the bullseye will be interior Mass west of I-495 into NH and Maine. Areas in CT in higher terrain can see some accumulations as well. Someone will get a foot of snow from this as the low really should bomb out in the Gulf of Maine.
For areas in NW NJ and NE PA and other parts of southern New England it does not appear at this time snow is in the cards. Will be a rain event.
Stay tuned for tomorrows updates as more data comes in tonight. The period to follow this storm stays active. There will be more opportunities.
