Thursday: Weekend Outlook

Good morning. We currently are dealing with a low pressure system that is moving through the area. This means rain will continue till late morning/early afternoon...

Things will not clear out until tomorrow.

By tomorrow we have a beautiful day on tap with sunny skies and temperatures in the upper 60's to low 70s.

Things will warm up a little more for Saturday with mostly sunny skies and temperatures in the upper 70s.

By Sunday,  a frontal system will give us the chance of showers and some storms in the afternoon through evening...

This frontal boundary will linger into early next week which could cause some unsettled weather Monday and Tuesday.

In the long range, we potentially have hints it can warm up by the end of June...

Models are indicating some ridging can form close to the east coast centering over the Midwest. This would mean heat moves in from the south. The question is how far east this would come.

Enjoy the weekend.
