In general you want to be north (NNJ and Southern New England) and at a higher elevation to see the highest amounts on my map. Surface temps will be marginal in lower elevation areas which will result in accumulations more on grassy surfaces. Keep that in mind. This will help reduce travel impacts near NYC.
